In het begin vooral omdat ik het lekker vond \u2026..maar hoe meer ik over kaas begon te weten hoe interessanter het allemaal werd. E\u00e9n ding is zeker, I love cheese!!!<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1v1MsoNormal\">Door het geven van kaastrainingen, workshops, teambuildings en tastings geef ik mijn passie en kennis met veel enthousiasme door aan winkelmedewerkers, adviseurs, aankopers, mensen uit de horeca en kaasenthousiastelingen. Niks leuker dat iemand inspireren bij de uitwerking van zijn concept! Mijn grootste passie? Belgische kazen!<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1v1MsoNormal\">Via het boek De Kunst van Kaas, laat ik iedere echte bourgondische Belg, oud of jong, kennismaken met onze eigen Belgische ambachtelijke topkazen!<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1v1MsoNormal\">Mijn reis langs een persoonlijke selectie van Belgische kaasmakers heeft een diepe indruk op me gemaakt. Ik mocht hen volgen in hun dagelijkse bezigheden. Ik zag hun liefde voor het vak en hun dieren. Een mix van wetenschap en buikgevoel.
