Met een diep respect voor traditie en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit zetten wij ons vakmanschap in om unieke kaaservaringen te cre\u00ebren. Elsen Kaasambacht was de eerste winkel in Vlaanderen waar de kazen vakkundig gerijpt worden in vier aangepaste rijpingskelders.
